I think the motto is very apt:

"If you can hold a screwdriver, you can build your own computer."

Overall its a nice starting point for anyone who's ever wondered about building their own system. These kinds of summaries are kind of fun to debate, but I would caution against using any kind of Turtle Beach sound card based on my experience. And I think there's too much weight put on the display components unless the user, like the author, plays games.
