dictating in multiple languages with DNS or VV

I'm currently using the Italian version of DNS latest ed., which also includes the UK English and US English modules.
Now, I would also like to dictate in French and German, but it is my undestanding that this is difficult to accomplish, even buying each language version separately. Now, is this at all possible? If limitations do exist, does VV also have them? (I also have VV 10 but never tried it.)
Thanks

I would also like to know if Dragon nine preferred exists for English and French -- without having to buy them separately.  Last year there was a time lag of about four months, between the release of the English version before the English and French version.  Thank you

The whole issue of multilingual SR programmes is fully discussed. Reference is made to be VV and DNS languages support.

Itamar Even-Zohar and Quintijn may have the answers you need.

I have just recently tested the revisions that Nuance has made to the installation MSI for both multiple versions and multiple languages.

The previous problem with installing multiple versions required revisions to the installation MSI file with which the Dragon development team was having a problem.

Version 9 will now allow the installation of multiple languages and/or multiple versions (i.e., Medical/Legal) on the same system.

If you already have one version or one language set installed on a single system, the installation program will detect that version or language and perform the appropriate upgrade when installing additional languages or versions. Doing so merely updates the appropriate vocabularies and language models to add support for additional languages and/or versions.

With regard to languages, it will still be necessary to switch between languages. However, the installation of multiple languages will properly update the models.ini to incorporate the additional language modules.

The only other issue is that you will have to purchase the full licensed version for each Professional version and/or language that you wish to install.

The Netherlands version of NaturallySpeaking includes 5 languages (as I recall it) but not, I think, Italian...

Alas Judy in DNS 8 The Netherlands version was only Dutch, English, German and French - I can't find anything on DNS 9 yet.

Nothing changed in version 9 in this respect. So the "Dutch package" contains Dutch, English (5 variants), German and French.
