Voice navigation complaint

Can you please name the links so that only one is selected when I say the name of the link. It is annoying to have to say the number after saying the name to choose a link. Can also make the use of the field have default selection focus when I click on the login page.

Thanks for your input!
Those are a couple of things I can think about. I may be able to do the name/choose by a new theme on the site that you could use. Not sure exactly what you mean in the last sentence though. Can you explain that further? What SR program are you using?

Yes I've noticed that you have to do quite a few tabs to get to the user field when logging in. (Or say "text field" in DNS.) I could do a macro to do the log in for DNS Pro - I'll try and do it tomorrow and post it if that's any help.
That's why
If you want to go to the login areas, you can say "name" to move directly to the Username field. From there you can get to the Password using a tab. If you want to go direct to the Password field, just say "pass" (no quotes on either of them) You'll see I put those commands to the right of each field name so you'd know what to say to get there. I'm temporarily without SR so I can't test it. Let me know if it's different than it should be.

Oops, how embarrassing! I must admit I was using the keyboard because I'm trying to build up my tolerance at the moment. I'd seen the "say Name/Pass" but hadn't realised it meant you had to say it to get to the field, which sounds a bit daft. (For some reason I thought you had to say those words in the field, and couldn't work out why...)
You are right!
Normally you say the name of the field to get there. You are correct in that. For those two, whoever wrote them used one thing for what you see and another for the program. That's why I put the "Say..." on each of them.
Sorry for taking so long to
Sorry for taking so long to clarify. For example. Each thread comment has a reply link. If I say "click reply" Dragon then asks me which reply I meant. Be nice if such things had for instance "reply one", "reply two", etc etc. And the change the text size thing it has a big A and a little A, 'A' is hard to say. How about "Increase text size" and "Decrease text size"

This feature is built into NaturallySpeaking in a more universal manner. Just say “reply”, wait for NaturallySpeaking to number the replies and then say choose <1-99>. Forum software probably isn't designed to automatically number the replies.
