Support (or lack of) Nuance

Over a week ago, I had a problem with PaperPort 11 where I couldn't get a scanner to work with it.

Not having found the answer on the knowledge base, I sent a note of my query to Nuance, and apart from and acknowledgement, I have heard nothing further.

Isn't this just typical! Sad

P.S. No question of paying for the service was raised in the acknowledgement.

Where did you send your query to - cant blame them if you sent it to the wrong location...
