Installation error code 1 - DNS 10 on Vista Ultimate 32 bit

I get two errors when I attempt to install DNS10 on vista ultimate 32
1. DGNUSEdll failed with error code 1 when attempting to load....mobile.dll into memory
2. Same as above except...dd10shrd.dll into memory
Can't figure either of these out.
Any help would be appreciated...
Copy the Contents of Your DVD to a Desktop Folder
Problem:
One possibility is that your DVD reader is having trouble reading the blocks of information fast enough to keep up with the installation. Many notebook computers and some desktop computers include slightly substandard DVD readers and your computer may be one of those victims.
Solution:
If this turns out to be the case, the simplest solution would be to copy the contents of your installation DVD into a desktop folder and install NaturallySpeaking from the desktop folder.
