I don't see this pricing at Nuance (they drop ship for the above vendor), Knowbrainer, PC-Speak, Amazon.com, nor is it available through any affiliate sales I'm aware of.
I've written to Nuance asking how this is done.

Unfortunately TemplateZone gets Special pricing
Unfortunately places like TemplateZone get a better deal than certified Nuance vendors but if you don't care about the included disposable/throwaway microphone, the $100 Preferred 10.1 Upgrade is exactly the same product. In fact, the upgrade isn't even labeled as an upgrade. It's labeled as a full copy (without the microphone) and includes a full copy serial number. Additionally, when you purchase from Nuance licensed vendors you also get an extra layer of technical support and some vendors include a hard copy of the Installation/Training Guide

[1] They sell only the English module;
[2] The only option is physical shipping;
[2] Shipping abroad costs extra $39
