Did Nuance kill it's User Forum?

Good afternoon all
on the Nuance website, under Support, there used to be a DNS community forum. It has not been accessible for some time. I'm curious about what happened to it? Too much community criticism?
Thanks

dlowrey,
Someday, Nuance it intends to reestablish the NaturallySpeaking community forum. However, they shut it down because there were a couple of users who were simply engaged in mortal combat to access to the extent that there was a good deal of libel and slander going back and forth. There was also a good degree of abuse as far as using the forum as a sales and marketing tool against the policies established by Nuance for use of the forum. Nuance decided that rather than trying to mediate, which was not successful during the two or three months that they tried to do so, they would just shut it down until they could develop a community forum that had certain controls that were easily enforceable.
The word on the Nuance DNS blog is that it will be back at some point. However, I wouldn't count on it in the near future. This forum and the KnowBrainer forum are probably the most used, as well as being the most frequently responded to.
