This is great news for the medical community and the small individual practice that cannot afford the $1500.00 or so for Dragon Medical. When you add the $15.99 WSRToolkit you have most of the functionality of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. The WSRToolkit adds:
- Text Macros
- Command Macros (step by step)
- Macro Editor window for editing or creating script macros
- Train From Text allows you to select the text of your choosing and read it to train the 'Acoustic Model' of your speech profile
- Add To Dictionary provides an easy way to add words or phrases to your personal speech dictionary
- Add From File parses MS-Word and Text documents of your choosing for increased dictation accuracy
- Transcription reads your wave (.WAV) file and transcribes it to text.
It was mentioned that WSR would not work in somebody's medical record software. I'm not guaranteeing this will work, but someone called us last week with the same problem. We had them right click on the speech bar in WSR, choose Options, place a checkmark next to Enable dictation everywhere and they were able to dictate to a non standard window.

Post Repaired.
The goesinto was in the way of the goesoutta and the spritchensparken were flying so I capped the doubticitor with a new flaberwocky and got it to settle into the normalcy spin of the cosmogenic sparticles.
In other words, I fixed it.
