DNS 10 installation

Good Afternoon,
I have been attempting to install DNS for the last several hours on my pc running Vista. I have used the information supplied by rtanega to bypass the problem with the pending Visuall C++ however, when I attenpt to install the installation wizard indicates that I have a pending installation of DNS and I need to reboot. This is is not cleared when I reboot.

I will appreciate any support provided.
