User wizard error message

Recently IBM ViaVoice has been giving me an error message. When I close the VoiceCenter, I get a message saying that there is information ready to be processed. When I tried to process the information, I always get a user wizard error. Is there any way to fix this without reinstalling the software? More and more frequently IBM ViaVoice encounters an error and has to close. When this happens there is no way to restart the program without restarting the computer.

I never came across this particular problem.
What OS system are you using? If it is XP, then I can say it does produce errors at times with unexplained messages such as you are getting.
My first suggestion is to run and anti-virus scan to make sure there are no lurking virus or trojans that are causing the problems. Re-run ViaVoice and see if the error has gone.
If it has not, backup your user files, and dictation and the navigation macros whilst you have VV running, uninstall ViaVoice, re-boot, use Viaclean, re-boot, use a Registry cleaner, re-boot. Disable anti-virus and firewalls, and reinstall. This operation should not take more than half an hour.
