Application error

Lately, when I have been working on Via Voice, I get an error message:
"Application error:GrammarControl: lock held by thread for more than 30 seconds! Waiting thread . Restare Voice Center."
after receiving that error message, the next day I received the same error message but the last waiting thread number was different.
So, does anyone know why I received this error and what to do about it?

This is a totally new one on me.
First suggestion is to replace your user voice folder with your backup.
If that does not work, then try a re-installation without uninstalling.
If that does not work, make sure you have a backup of your voice files, uninstall, re-boot, use Viaclean, re-boot, reinstall. Replace the user voice holder, reset up your ViaVoice Options (see my previous postings in this regard).
