Smoke?

I saw this tagline on a post I received in email. I like this explanation!
"Every electronic device is manufactured with smoke stored deep inside... only a true genius can find a way to set it free."
Alas, I'm not a true genius by this definition. Is anyone out there going to claim true genius status??
I thought so...

False genius
I always find it amusing when writers put two words together that don't make a lot of sense. I wonder what "False genius" is?

Could that be someone that uses trickery to release the magic smoke?

Someone who takes counsel from a false prophet?!

Found the smoke
Many years ago, I plugged my Commodore 128 power supply into my Amiga 500 *hey the plug fit*. Once the magic smoke escaped, alas the computer was no more....sigh, those were the heady days of wonderment.

This is important: What flavor of genius does that make you -- "true" or "false"

I still wonder why they work! It's all magic and smoke inside... we have proof in the first statement.
You know there is no smoke
You know there is no smoke without fire

Electronics all have magic smoke without fire. That's the magic part of it.
