DNS9.1: Dictating numbers in Excel-Cells (Excel 2002)

Hello,

I can dictate numbers (e. g. 123,45/German format) in an Excel-Cell in two different ways:
1. one two three comma four five
2. one hundred twenty three comma forty five

1. is recognized as number, 2. as text and the Cell contains that green corner and
shows that !-icon when selected (what's the name for that special "Popup"?).
I can disable that error checking (translation: "As text stored number"). The difference
is then that 1. is right-aligned and 2. is left aligned.

How do you dictate numbers in Excel-Cells?
