Does anyone know where I could purchase this for a reasonable price - also anyone willing to trade me that for my DNS that I never use?
Thanks in advance

Have you looked on Google? I
Have you looked on Google? I put in "Viavoice 10.0 pro usb edition" (without the quotes) and saw several returns. Not sure if they are 10.0 or 10.5 though.
Overstock.com has it as well. Just put viavoice in their search bar.
Worth looking!

Word of caution!

Skip has the right idea. You can find any number of links to ViaVoice for purchase anywhere from Edmark.com to Amazon.com. However, a word of caution! Be very careful. Be absolutely sure that the version that you want to purchase is 10.5. Otherwise, many vendors are listing ViaVoice versions that are 10.0, not 10.5. You want 10.5 because this is the only version that supports Microsoft Office 2003.
One other word of caution. IBM ViaVoice 10.5 is not Windows Vista compatible. I am not assuming that you want to go to Vista. However, there are two caveats if you do.
1. Vista will not install if you have ViaVoice 10.0/10.5 installed on your system. That is, it will not upgrade your windows XP to Windows Vista until you remove ViaVoice. Microsoft flags ViaVoice as incompatible.
2. You cannot install ViaVoice on Windows Vista. It will not complete the install, will crash when attempting to install the macros, and will not run after that. I've tried this periodically on a clean machine over the course of about 6 months. Each attempt ended up with the same result. In addition, you don't even want to go there because removing what portions of ViaVoice do get installed on Windows Vista is about a two-day exercise absolute frustration. There are over 400 registry entries for which the permissions must be modified one by one before you can delete them.
If you going to stick with ViaVoice, stick with Windows XP and make sure that you copy of ViaVoice that you purchased is 10.5. Amazon, for example, is selling 10.0. Edmark is selling 10.5. So, just be careful.

PS, I went back and searched the one site that I found that definitely had 10.5.

How much of a hurry are you in?
You can get it from Nuance by purchasing online.
If you're in the US, try Circuit City or one of the other larger computer superstores.
If you're in the UK, you should be able to get it from PC World.
It is important that you specify that you want version 10.5, which only comes in the Pro USB version as far as I'm aware. You can confirm that it is 10.5 by examining the applications on the back of the box, which show that it is compatible with Word 2003 and other Office 2003 programmes, and the copyright date is shown on the installation disc as 2004. (The old VV 10 is compatible up to Office 2002.)
I know, as of last Saturday, it costs €149 in PC World in Ireland. I am not sure what the cost is in the UK or US.
You should specify what version of DNS you want to trade-in. I do not know if there is a market for this.
