Does not work: "Receive notification of replies or comments to this node"

Can you pls. check why I don't get notifications since months anymore?

Hello Udo, The system log

Hello Udo,

The system log shows they are being sent out to you. You should check to make sure the email address you have on here is accurate.

To do so, click 'my account' in the menu, then click on the 'edit' tab. Once you have your account as you wish it, remember to click 'submit' at the bottom.

Another possiblity is that a spam filter is grabbing it somewhere. If you can, you might look in your spam holding area. One was sent this morning it shows.

I just remembered this.

I just remembered this. There was quite a while where the module that does subscriptions (node notifications) was disabled because of problems.

Maybe that was involved as well.

Hi Udo,

I gather this means subscriptions are no longer working for you. I've made no changes on the site and I've checked logs and for bounced emails. Yours wasn't in either of them.

I've been told they are rewriting this module due to 'problems'. That could be what we are seeing (or not seeing) here.

My only suggestion would be to remove all subscriptions you have and re-instate them. Perhaps it's brain is fogged. Smiling You have to do it, the current incarnation doesn't let the administrator do anything on an individual level.

thanks for your fast answer. It's strange, now I have gotten notifications. I'm always using preview, maybe that's the reason?
I will monitor my subscription-list, thanks for that hint.-
