CAT tool for DNS

Hello everybody! this is my first time in the forum. My name is Gabriela, I am a shorthand writer and translator. I live in Argentina and I have been working at the House of Representatives for 16 yrs. now, at the Transcriptionists Department. I'm trying to move from shorthand writing to a realtime transcription, but I cannot find how it really works. I've used DNS and I think it can work OK, but I would also need to run a program that enables to see the transcription in other notebooks. Is it possible?
Thanks in advance!!
Gabriela

I take notes in different meetings and people want to see in realtime what has been said. Shorthand takes at least an hour to be transcribed, so I want to begin using DNS. The problem I see is that although I can have a draft almost in realtime I don't know how they can read this draft in their laptops. I hope I made myself clear this time.
Thank you,
Gabriela

How does the transcribed text get on their notebook computers now? With Dragon NaturallySpeaking any text you create is the same as text created with a word processor. You can E-mail it or save it as a document and send it across a network.

Yes it is, Gabriela, but
Yes it is, Gabriela, but what they have in common with you is that they do real-time transcription that appears on other screens. (That isn't quite right, apparently, apparently there's a slight delay for correction.)
Perhaps the most feasible way of getting what these people want is to project your transcription on a screen they can all see?

Another option would be to dictate into a document that can be viewed/edited by multiple people in real time, such as Google Writely.

Web Conferencing software could also be used. Zoho Meeting is one of many possible choices.

Using this software, the text that appears on your computer will also appear on the attorney's computer.
