Hi everyone,
I just installed ViaVoice Pro 10 Traditional Chinese version and when I tried to run it, I encountered the following error message:
ViaVoice has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
And here is the error signature:
AppName: speechbar.exe AppVer: 10.0.0.130 ModName: msvcrt.dll
ModVer: 7.0.2600.2180 Offset: 0001a573
Has anybody also encountered the same problem before?

Daniel,
I have encountered this before, and I would suggest that you simply put in your set up disk and reinstall.
If this does not cure it, then you should uninstall, use Viaclean, reboot and reinstall.
