new unimacro release (3.3)

I just released a new version of unimacro. First a lot of internal improvements, as unit testing of some parts of unimacro.
Also an improved BRINGUP command, which makes it possible to use the tasks grammar not only to call tasks by number but also by application name. Of course configurable by the user.
I dropped the grammar _commands, in favour of vocola. I hope to continue the discussion about merging unimacro and vocola, using the powers of both, soon. With this release I anticipated already a bit on this.
