Is it okay to post questions of the sort I've been asking on this forum?

As you have been told before, I believe you are obsessing. Why don't you just try using the program and figuring out things by trying things yourself? People here are more than willing to help you. But you have also been told that everyone has to find out what works best for themselves.
Martin posted the above comment in the following thread - http://www.speechcomputing.com/node/1314 - wherein I had asked a few questions involving stuff about microphones (his speciality) and correcting.
I would like to ask folks on the forum: Have my recent posts been obnoxious or out of place or too frequent? I'm alternately excited and frustrated with Dragon, but enjoy exploring new software and learning from others. Asking lots of questions is something I often do when exploring. I also like that there is a forum where others are also asking & answering & sharing information - it seems like a great little community.
But if I've been asking too many questions, in effect abusing this forum and people's patience, please let me know - this is something I definitely don't want to do. Thanks -

Hey Randy no problem, carry on posting. If people here don't like it then post to another forum!, but I suggest you post here.

Randy,
Absolutely not. Nothing either Marty or I have said is in any way critical of your questions or your posts. If you read my post carefully, what I was trying to say is that Dragon is very good at taking care of itself. There are a few basic rules of thumb that help you and other users to be more effective, but you really don't have to worry about whether or not Dragon is going to drag you down the crapper. It works very well in spite of any mistakes that you might make. Therefore, just have fun and practice. That's all I'm saying.
We don't want to see you not post your questions and we don't consider your questions silly or inappropriate. On the contrary they help us to focus on issues that are important to the average user. It's a mutual scratch my back and I'll scratch yours type of interaction. And what you say and what you ask is important both to you and to us.
So, please don't take this too seriously when we make these kinds of comments. Their intention is to get you to focus on learning, not as criticisms.

Since 4/12/2007 you have made over 30 posts basically asking the same questions over and over. I was not trying to suggest you were abusing the good graces found on this forum. I was trying to tell you that everybody has a different method of dealing with the exact same problems. People who stay with the software generally figure it out for themselves after asking the basic questions. Then when they run into a problem or have an advanced question they ask it.

You post it. If I don't remove it, it's welcome here.
As you can see, nothing of yours has been removed. So WELCOME and post away!
Remember that it's hard to get all the nuances (did I HAVE to use that word?) of speech in a written message.
So post onward!

Yes, the posts are definitely welcome here.
If you want to post, post.
If you want to post, post. no-one is under any obligation to look at it or respond, but when you do, you never know just what gems might emerge. I have just seen your previous post at http://www.speechcomputing.com/node/1314 - and found some very interesting information there. Yes, it has probably come up before somewhere in the past, but not expressed in quite the same way... I was particulary intrigued by Chuck's Plantronics filter and if that could lead anywhere.
