VV10.5 quirk?

Recently upgraded my VV9 to VV10.5 using the 'upgrade' version. Strange problem now appears with the 'correction window', in that while the window says "pick 1-5", there are NO selections to pick from.
Anyone else run into this problem? Any Solutions?

First disable all antivirus, firewall and anti spyware programs, and go offline. then try a reinstall. If this does not cure it, do a clean install, following the instructions I gave you earlier about backups, etc., and then using Viaclean, and a registry cleaner. Don't forget to reboot before installing.

You may have to wait a few days until I return home for further advice, as I am in London for a few days with my laptop which has a weak battery, but forgot the charger. Consequently I am using my son's laptop using the keyboard which is painful.
