Is any way to customise Dragon NS 9 vocablurary for Russian Lanuage?

This question always interest me.
Any information about customisation of Dragon Naturally Spealing for Russian language recognition will be usefull.
I want to create a russian language support for DNS as it possible for my own purpose.
Basically i interst all helpfull informaton about Russian lanuage support/recoginition in DNS.
What trouble maybe i encounter by the way.

I think not. Each language

I think not. Each language has its own "engine" that is written by Nuance. Efforts to adapt another language version will probably fail.

PS I tried to adapt Dragon Dictate several years ago to Dutch (this program was only in English). It cost me a lot of time before I concluded (and understood) that the engine was "too strong".
