VoicePower is a COMMERCIAL program that is difficult to describe with a combination of tutorial, help and add on commands. From the official website at (http://www.voiceteach.com): VoicePower’s innovations, such as Voice Windows, Voice Directories, Voice Copying, Voice Help, Voice Mouse, and Voice Navigation - make speech recognition much easier to use, more powerful and much more accessible. In addition, VoicePower fills in all the little gaps that make speech recognition frustrating to use. – With more than 10,000 productivity commands for dozens of computer applications, you don’t need to figure out how to do something, you just say it.
