I started using Dragon in the early 90s, upgraded to five, upgraded to eight, just installed 10.1 in my new home built running on an SSD with Windows 7 64 bit.

I've been using DNS 10.1 happily for some time now across two machines: one (work laptop) XP with a Plantronics DSP 400 USB headset, and the other (home) Vista SP2 with an ancient Dragon-branded Telex

I can remember a couple of years ago when Quentin wanted to have a party because the record number for registered users had reached 2000.

I purchased DNS 10 Professional, hoping that I could use the engine and SDK for developing an application that converts sound files to text.

I've been using DNS 10.1 since it was released. I installed it on a new machine last May, almost a year ago. I'm a court reporter and I use DNS for every job I take down.

When I start DNS 10, with NatLink and Vocola, I get the following error message in the Messages from Python:

I was looking for an efficient (and fast) task switching strategy using Natlink in Windows and finally ended up writing one myself. Maybe this could help someone so here it is:

If I go to DNS 10.1 for my 64 bit WXP computer will I be able to transfer/use my DNS 9.0 user files or will I have to start over and train 10.1?
